Barnett Waddingham, the provider of actuarial and consultancy services, has launched a pensions education service for employers looking to inform their senior-level staff on the various changes surrounding pension benefits.
Barnett Waddingham says it has developed three levels of service to suit the varied needs of employers who want to educate their senior staff on the changes to pension benefits including the further reductions to the Annual Allowance and to the Lifetime Allowance and the changes announced in the 2014 Budget.
The three levels of the new service include:
• Core education group seminar which covers all relevant pension changes with time for questions from attendees.
• Intermediate education, which includes a group seminar and individual one-to-one meetings with staff.
• Detailed review, which includes a detailed review of individual staff members pension options with a written report and advice.
