Leicester-based SIPP and SSAS provider Westerby The Pension Specialist has appointed Zachary Gallagher as technical consultant.

Mr Gallagher joins Westerby after 17 years at a Leicester-based pension consultancy.

He has over three decades of experience, predominantly spent within the SIPP and SSAS markets.

He also served on the committee of the Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes (AMPS) for seven years, including three years as honorary secretary and two years as chairman. During this time he served as AMPS’ representative on the Pension Scams Industry Group.
