Hornbuckle would back HMRC limits on Government Actuary rates
Sipp and Ssas provider Hornbuckle Mitchell, an IFP sponsor, says it would welcome the HMRC introducing a "cap and collar" on Government Actuary rates to provide better retirement projections.
