M&G Wealth has selected Richard Denning to be the new CEO of Ascentric, the investment platform it acquired last year from Royal London.
M&G has hinted that its takeover today of platform Ascentric could open the door to more SIPPs business.
Prudential today announced plans to demerge M&G from Prudential plc in a move that will result in two separately-listed FTSE 100 companies, each with a ‘distinct’ investment prospects.
