XPS Pensions Group has promoted six new partners across its actuarial, pensions, investment, and administration businesses across a range of UK locations.

The appointments became effective on 1 April. 

The new partners are:

Helen Ross, head of member operations. She leads research into member outcomes and implementation of member option strategies. She also heads the XPS pensions team in the Birmingham office.

Julie Moores, deputy head of compliance, leads the XPS complaince function on regulatory and compliance matters, supporting the range of businesses across the XPS Pensions Group.

Jordan Harrison, head of investment (Birmingham), leads XPS' investment team in Birmingham provicing strategic investment advice to pension scheme trustees and corporates.

Matthew Plail, head of member analytics, leads XPS' proposition development to help trustees and sponsors improve thier understanding of thier scheme membership. He is also a scheme actuary and corporate actuary.

Mel Collins, regional operations manager, is responsible for 180 staff, managing DB pension administration teams in Wokingham, Reading and Belfast. She also leads XPS Administration's accounts and cashiering teams.

Vicky Mullins, head of GMP equalisation, is an actuary. she designed XPS' approach to GMP equalisation and leads a specialist team of over 40 people who have delivered over 60 projects wth a further 100 in progress.
