All 300 tickets for AJ Bell's annual 'Investival' Investment Conference at London's Millbank Tower on 20 November have already been snapped up by advisers.

The event, which this year is called 'Investival', will combine talks from leading investment industry figures, entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere to create an investment conference with a difference, says the company. AJ Bell is a Sipp and platform provider.

Billy Mackay, AJ Bell's marketing director, says he has been delighted at the way advisers have responded to the concept.

He said: "We got a lot of very positive feedback about the 2013 Investment Conference, so we knew that this year's event would be popular – especially as we have worked so hard to make it even bigger and better than last time. Even so, we are delighted to have allocated every ticket in a matter of a couple of weeks."

The line-up of speakers includes Edward Bonham Carter, Terry Smith, Gervais Williams, Mark Barnett and various other key figures from the likes of Henderson, BNY Mellon, Baillie Gifford, db X-trackers, M&G and AJ Bell. In addition, advisers attending the event will also get to hear live music from singer/songwriter Liam McClair in the Millbank Tower's SkyLoft bar, as well as an entertaining Q&A session with cricketing legend David 'Bumble' Lloyd.
