A trio of new senior managers have been appointed by Sipp provider James Hay as part of a recruitment drive – with two joining from Cofunds.
Gary Burch and Adam Kelly are leaving their jobs at Cofunds to take the new positions.
Platform consultant manager Gary Burch, who was key account director at Cofunds, will be responsible for  large accounts.

Adam Kelly, who has been strategic partnership manager, becomes business development manager.
Paul Speight, who will run key relationships, joins from LV=, where he is key account manager.
All three will report into director of distribution development Paul Bagley and will take up their positions at James Hay in March.
Mr Bagley said: "The guys are raring to go and with Modular iPlan - the evolution of the hugely successful Modular iSipp – going live on 3 March the timing for getting Adam, Gary and Paul off and running couldn't be better."
The business expects to announce further Sales appointments in the coming months.
