A former senior manager at AXA and Partnership Assurance has moved to Xafinity to head up sales.
Xafinity, a pensions and employee benefits firm, has appointed David Harvey as sales director in their consulting division.
He used to be head of corporate sales for AXA UK before becoming Partnership Assurance's head of de-risking solutions.

Mr Harvey, who has over 20 years' experience in the financial services market, will be responsible for securing new clients and strategic relationships for the division.
Jeff Hunt, deputy managing director at Xafinity, said: "David brings to our business a market leading expertise in transacting enhanced bulk annuities.
"One of our objectives is to quickly establish Xafinity Consulting as the leading adviser in this exciting space and having David on board will help to accelerate our achievement of that goal."
