Taylor Patterson has expanded its team with three new recruits following high demand for Sipps and SSASs.
The firm said it had seen increased demand from individuals looking for more effective ways to use their pensions.
It also highlighted the increased use of Sipps and SSASs to help companies grow their business.
As a result, Taylor Patterson has appointed Karen Stettner, Tegan Millington and Michael Beal to the team.
Ms Stettner is a Sipp and SSAS administrator to enhance the property administration area of the business.
Taylor Patterson is based in Preston and Ms Millington and Mr Beal are both marketing graduates from local Lancashire universities.

Ms Millington is a marketing graduate from Lancaster University who will provide administration support for the Sipp and SSAS client base and produce the annual Sipp review.
Mr Beal is also a marketing graduate from University of Central Lancashire and will work as a marketing and business development administrator.
His role will include exploring the company's social media and networking activity as well as assisting with PR and marketing.
