Standard Life seals 10 year deal on SSAS admin

SSAS provider Rowanmoor has been reappointed by Standard Life to provide administration for its small self-administered scheme (SSAS) portfolio for a 10-year term effective from 1 October. The Embark Group company will continue to provide administration, advisory and actuarial support to the SSAS portfolio that carries the Standard Life brand. Rowanmoor says this strengthens a relationship that has lasted 20 years since its inception, with the new contract targeting a 30-year relationship, making it one of the more enduring commercial partnerships in the financial services arena. Rowanmoor believes it is the UK’s largest independent SSAS provider, with almost 4,000 SSASs operated under its own brand, other brands within the Embark Group and for third parties such as Standard Life. Lucy Matthews, Rowanmoor managing director, said: “It is a great testament to our commercial relationship with Standard Life that we have entered into a new, long-term agreement.
