This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role in which you will work as part of a small team, undertaking different property related administration task on a daily basis. You will also help the business to maintain and develop relationships with third party clients.The role of Property Executive requires the candidate to:• Liaise with clients, financial advisors, lenders, solicitors and managing agents whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.• Deal with general property enquiries and provide accurate information to IFA’s• Oversee property once the purchase has been completed and it is owned by the business, manage the sale of the property• Keep up to date with HMRC’s rules and on governing property, purchase and ownership and be aware of changes in legislation• Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer serviceThe successful candidate will have experience of delivering a high standard of customer service whilst being a strong team player.
